Heading from Lancaster, follow the signs for Morecambe, unitl you reach a roundabout with a large supermaket (rumoured to be ASDA) adjacent thereto. Take the exit towards Morecambe, and in pretty short order , turn left into the sports centre, whcih conceals the track entrance.

......Some further information from the Editor for anyone planning to arrive in Lancaster on the Saturday...
gNick tells us that we need to:
"Head out of Lancaster towards Morecambe on the A589 -over the Lune (3 lane bridge) under railway. At first roundabout turn left coming next to a set of traffic lights with ASDA on left and AXA Direct on right - go straight over the lights up to a small roundabout with a Peugeot garage - bear left. There should now be drainage dykes on left and signs warning that the road may be closed at high tide. Soon there will be estuary on left and more importantly the Golden Ball on the right wot has got the camping field behind it - the pub has no dealing in the camping so not to ask questions there. There should be either some bike-right personage about in the camping field - failing that some instructifications should be posted."
So if you get lost it's not my fault :-) Jonathan Woolrich tells me that the pub stops serving food at eight pm, so if you arrive later make sure you've either been fed already or have some means of getting to the chippy. He also says that the cafe attached to the Asda supermarket does good fried breakfasts to chase off hangovers.
